We lived in Florida for nine years before moving to Nashville. Well, technically my husband grew up in South Florida, but I lived there for most of the first decade of the millennium.

While there, we learned of someone in our church that revolutionized his health through diet and nutrition. But not just any diet – he created a way of eating based on biblical principles that became known as The Maker’s Diet.

His name was Jordan Rubin and his story was quite revolutionary. Many of us quickly jumped on the bandwagon and saw great results.

I’ll admit, following the entire plan was difficult and we weren’t able to stick with it, but we learned a lot from the book (and his example of health) that we still implement to this day.

Out of this commitment to health grew a company called Garden of Life. So you can imagine my surprise when I saw Garden of Life represented at a blogger conference I attended this year! After attending, I received two vitamin samples from them to try,
Garden of Life Kind Organics Women’s Multivitamin

and the Garden of Life Kind Organics Men’s Multivitamin

According to Amazon:
Made from nature, using thoughtfully and scientifically selected real foods, Kind Organics Women’s Multi is the first Certified USDA Organic and Non-GMO Project Verified vitamin of its kind. Organic fruits, veggies and herbs such as lemons, annatto, amla berry and holy basil provide perfect support for your demanding lifestyle. This gentle power-packed formula provides the nutrients you need in only two organic tablets per day.

Obviously I can’t attest to the power of the men’s multi, but I’ve been taking the women’s multi-vitamin for the past few weeks. While I’m not going to sit here and say it’s miraculous cured any mystery disease I may have had, I will say it’s the first multi-vitamin I’ve taken in a long time, mostly because of the reasons listed above and the values of the company.

If you’ve been trying to eat healthy and are looking to supplement your organic food with a kinder organic vitamin, consider trying Garden of Life Kind Organics Women’s Multivitamin.

I was not compensated to write this post, but was given the vitamins for free to sample and give my honest review. If you purchase these vitamins through the Amazon links above, I will make a small percentage of the sale at NO extra cost to you.
