Monday’s Meal Plan is back for this first week of November 2012 and I’m bringing you some Paleo options for this week.
Last week I shared how our family was going Paleo for a health boost and how grateful I was that my friends at eMeals‘ had jumped on the Paleo bandwagon and are now offering a Paleo Meal Plan too!
While my youngest has still been given a little grace when it comes to giving up grains, it’s been going pretty well for the rest of us. I even experimented with some Paleo baking yesterday (I promise I’ll share those links soon!), so things are looking up for us 🙂
Don’t forget, I also have a special deal for you if you want to try the new eMeals Paleo plan:
Right now if you subscribe to eMeals Paleo meal plan, enter code PALEO for an extra 10% off!
Here’s what we’re eating in the Cone Home this week (I haven’t figured out how to get the kids’ breakfasts totally Paleo yet, so there are a few non-Paleo options below too):
Week of 11/5 | BREAKFAST | LUNCH | DINNER
Monday | Oatmeal (gluten-free) | Rotisserie Chicken over Spinach with pepitas | Eating Out
Tuesday | Sweet Potato pancakes | Egg Salad | Beef Fajita lettuce cups with guacamole
Wednesday | Gluten-Free Waffles | Turkey Roll ups | Almond Crusted Chicken Tenders
Thursday | Fried Eggs with Bacon | Leftover Chicken Tender Salad | Butternut Squash Soup
Friday | Gluten Free Pancakes | Zucchini ‘noodles’ with roasted veggies | Lamb Meatballs with Spaghetti Squash
Saturday | Smoothies | Leftovers | Greek Chicken Stew with Cauliflower Rice
Sunday | Egg & Sausage scramble | Miso Soup & Veggie Rolls | Pot Roast with roasted parsnips & sweet potatoes |
I’ll keep you updated on how this works out for our family, but I’m curious…have you tried eating Paleo yet? Do you think it would work for your whole family?
