IN MY LIFE:
Well, it’s official: yesterday was officially the most unique (& casual) Easter we’ve ever celebrated.
We watched multiple Easter services online and then connected with our Sunday school class virtually via Zoom. Then we had an indoor egg hunt before lunch and spent the rest of the day eating way too much candy.
Ironically, I had an urge for gyoza (Japanese dumplings) last night, so I made a homemade batch with some gyoza wrappers I found in the freezer…and they were delicious.
Yes, I felt bad that we never dressed up or took a pretty family photo, but I figure there will be time for that in the coming weeks.
And if you’re looking for ways to watch church online, I’ve compiled a few of my favorite online church services.
PRAYER FOCUS: Responsibility
I pray that even though there is a lot happening TO us, we take responsibility for what we can control right now.
