You can ask me how I’m doing today…
Today is a Good Day {The Daily Dash: September 23, 2021}
IN THE NEWS:

IN THE WORD:
So much Christian work today has never been disciplined, but has simply come into being by impulse ~ Oswald Chambers
IN MY LIFE:
I was recently texting with a friend who I hadn’t caught up with in awhile. When she asked how I’ve been, I was almost overwhelming to recount some of the things that have happened in the past month: sewer back up, ER visit, root canal, etc.
But today…today is different.
Today is a good day.
The kids and I have had some good conversations over the past two days.
The rain is gone and it’s in the 50’s and sunny here in Nashville.
I completed two big work projects this week.
I showered, shaved, put on makeup AND dried my hair.
I feel loved.
So if you want to ask me how I’m doing today, go ahead. Because I can honestly say, “I’m good’…even if it’s just for today.
PRAYER FOCUS: Faith
Just as I have faith all things will work for good in my life today, I will be praying you have faith to believe the same in your lives.
