Friends…I am STILL not feeling 100%! I’m sorry I’ve been so spotty on the dash lately, but I can’t seem to get my strength back.
My daughter went to her first Homecoming dance this past weekend and started back with the Tennessee Youth Symphony last night. Then today, my son will spend all day at a mass choral festival and we’ll get to hear him perform tonight (mind you, he’s not thrilled that we’re making him take chorus, but we think it’s good for him ?
What you WILL be excited about today is the fact that Solo: A Star Wars Story releases on Blu-Ray with over an hour of bonus content, including deleted scenes, Director & Cast Roundtables, and even some insights from Team Chewie!
Thankfully, we were gifted with an early copy so our family could enjoy this film again over the weekend (and it turns out our daughter had never seen it – I’m not sure how that happened!).
I know some Star Wars purists were not impressed by this film, but we all really loved it: Alden Ehrenreich was brilliantly cast as Han (which, by the way, we finally figure out where “Solo” comes from), we get to see how Han & Chewie meet and the same spunky humor is filtered throughout.
It’s a fun and clever movie for Star Wars fans of all ages and I LOVE that we got the multi-screen edition that includes a digital code so we can enjoy it on our Movies Anywhere app on all of our devices.
