There’s no good reason why I didn’t get on yesterday, other than I took time to take a walk before getting into my meetings because I love that it’s finally getting cold here in Nashville! (Or at least cooler…)
To make sure I didn’t miss coming to you today, I thought it would be interesting to literally come to you with what I look like after waking up (though I did throw on my new favorite Project 615 #SpreadLove sweatshirt to help with the chill).
I also took time to do yoga at the library last night, so I really am trying to practice what I preach these days. Now if only I could get my ears to open back up…
