IN MY LIFE:
* Today is Veteran’s Day, and to honor not only my father, but ALL the men and women who have sacrificially served our country, it would make my heart happy if you would go out of your way to thank at least one veteran today.
We also got to spend some unexpected time with our friend JD who came to Nashville for work. But the moment that made me tear up was when we spent time with our daughter teaching her something on the piano because he had been so impressed with her ability on the cello. It’s those small moments that some may never remember, but we as parents will never forget.
I’m working on some things for my book today and have another TV appearance this Friday, so I have one question for you:
What’s your FAVORITE (ideally frugal) gift for expressing thanks? (Could be for a teacher, hostess, friend, etc) Can’t wait for your answers!
