IN MY LIFE:
What a weekend! We had kids’ friends sleepover both nights, I attended a prayer seminar most of the day Saturday, taught our class at church Sunday, went to another church for a friend’s son’s baptism, attended a lunch and then two more graduation parties!
Oh, and did I mention we were up at 3:30am on Saturday to watch the Royal Wedding live? #YesWeDid
It was truly a weekend filled with sleepless celebration, but yet I wouldn’t have it any other way. I’m learning to work hard but also live in the moment, free of any of the strongholds or false identities I picked up from my past.
When we celebrate others and focus on change for ourselves, rather than focusing on changing others and celebrating ourselves, we all rise together. (And kick the enemy in the tail out the door!).
PRAYER FOCUS: Love
I would be remiss if I didn’t take cue from the Chicago Bishop who PREACHED during the Royal Wedding and prayed love over each of you today. He didn’t just command us to love, but painted a picture of what it should look like on earth as it was intended from our Father above. May we all go forward in love today!
