Our big surprise is…WE’RE GOING ON A DISNEY CRUISE!!! Well we were supposed to make a Disney trip back in December, several factors made that impossible, so we are finally getting to take a family Disney vacation we’ve been dreaming of for quite a few years.
As it turns out, this is the 10th anniversary of our very first Disney Cruise that my dad took us on, and we will be on the exact same boat, the Disney Wonder. Even though I’m sad he is no longer with us, I cherish those memories and I’m looking forward to making new memories with my kids and my husband.
There are a couple things it will be very different on this cruise, besides the reimagined ship: our kids are now tweens, so they will be able to take advantage of the tween club, Edge. We are also participating in the fish extender fun on this trip. Haven’t heard of it? Don’t worry: we will be explaining it all in future posts.
