IN MY LIFE
Water in the garage on Friday turned into a fairly successful (albeit BLAZING hot) garage sale on Saturday! We’d hoped to continue the selling on Sunday, but by the time we returned home from church, it was a mad dash in the rain to pull everything in before it got ruined.
We took my husband to a Brazilian steakhouse for lunch/dinner yesterday and pretty much spend the rest of the night in a food coma and trying out some new shows as a family (somehow we ended up on “The Flash” and “Supergirl”…you can tell what phase my kids are in).
Today, my husband and I took time to meet with our insurance agent to review all our coverage – everything from car to home to life insurance. Even though we should each do this check up yearly, it’s amazing how it slips off our to-do list. Glad to have that done and out of the way for now.
