IN MY LIFE:
* LOVING: My new MELT roller. You man not know that it was a back injury that ended my tennis career almost two decades ago, and I’ve always struggled with lower back pain since. My dad recently has been experiencing excruciating back pain as well and when I checked on him recently, he said it was gone! His solution: the MELT roller and MELT Method book. I just got mine last night and am already optimistic for the healing to come.
* LEARNING: How to cook vegetarian. Ever since watching Food Inc. last Friday, our daughter has refused to eat any animals, so it’s been challenging this week to try to make lunches for her each day that contain enough fat and protein. Any suggestions?
* DOING: Doing some work for Tommy Nelson and FaithGateway today, as well as trying to clean up our house to host our #DisneySide Super Bowl extravaganza, complete with a Taco Bar provided by Moe’s! (#WelcomeToMoes #MoesCatering)
