In today’s Daily Dash video, December 3 2014, today is my final day at a job I’ve been working at for the past few years and it was not a decision I’ve taken lightly…
The Daily Dash: The Daily Dash: December 3 2014 {Job Decision}
IN THE NEWS:
* Torrential rains in CA set a single day record
* Knoxville double school bus crash kills 3 (including 2 kids) and injures nearly 30 more
* Police in Ferguson, MO investigating Michael Brown’s Stepfather
IN MY LIFE:
* LOVING: My Wet & Wild Megaslicks Balm Stain in “Lady & the Vamp”. It’s inexpensive, goes on easily and stays on!
* LEARNING: …how hard it is to care for a puppy! I’m SO thankful that we were able to foster her and not just adopt. Even our own kids are saying they were in over their head, and we didn’t have to! It’s still hard to have to give the little munchkin back, but we’re just not ready right now, especially with all of K’s Nutcracker rehearsals this week.
* DOING: Today is my last day as Operations Director/Video Host of iBlog magazine. I helped the founder launch the website about this time last year and then our print magazine this past spring and have especially loved hosting the iBlog Video series with some of the best online influencers out there (including Pat Flynn, Chris Brogan, Kim Garst, Audrey McClelland, and Vera Sweeney). With a book deal in the works, my husband on the road quite a bit and more ministry opportunities, I just felt like it was the right time to end this chapter. Thanks for all of your support!
