IN MY LIFE
It appears my age, old injuries and extreme amounts of writing & grading caught up with me last week because my back went out on Tuesday afternoon and I’m still trying to recover. I was totally flat on my back Friday (after feeling better Thursday morning), and so I finally went to the chiropractor. So far the mornings have been better and then it catches back up with me again in the evenings. It stems from an old tennis injury, but I’m hoping to be 100% by the time the kids are out of school at the end of the week.
Today starts finals for my Lipscomb University classes, but before that happens, I get a sneak peak of the new Star Wars: Rogue One movie. I can’t say anything until tomorrow, but you know I’ll share ALL my thoughts as soon as I’m allowed!
And a proud mom moment: my daughter had her first full concert with the WCYO last night and I was so touched – not only by her performance – but by the breadth of individuals who came out to support her.
