IN MY LIFE
Not that I expect every day to be easy, but today has been a bit of a challenge, after storms caused a leak in our roof and we’re dealing with some other home issues (and y’all know today is my busiest workday!)
But that will all fade away because last night was my daughter’s first school volleyball game. Yes, this weekend was her first school tournament, but yesterday was the first one-on-one match, so to speak. To be honest, I love how my kids’ schedule interrupts my own. A year ago, I can’t say I felt this way, but as they’re getting older (and taller than me!), I’m truly starting to appreciate every moment I have and memory I get to make with them. Go Wildcats!
