IN MY LIFE
* Yesterday was a busy day, both with my first day back teaching and with kids’ activities, and today will be no different…except that we get to do something AMAZING tonight!
The last time my mom was in town, she introduced my kids to Avatar (I’ll admit, I’d never seen it before – GASP). I wasn’t the biggest fan of the film, but the kids LOVED it.
So when we saw the billboards for TORUK – The First Flight coming to Nashville at the Bridgestone Arena in August, we knew we had to go. What is TORUK? Cirque du Soleil (which I do love beyond words) found a way to bring the breathtaking world of James Cameron’s AVATAR to life like we have never seen it before.
So this evening we will experience this blend of the artistry of Cirque du Soleil with the creativity of Avatar as they blend in TORUK and I can’t wait to tell you all about it tomorrow! The show is touring all across the country, but will be in Nashville through August 28, 2016.
