In today’s Daily Dash video, April 20 2015, lots of news to catch up on this morning, as well as some interesting societal dialogues that need to be discussed…

The Daily Dash: April 20 2015 {Societal Breakdown}

IN THE NEWS:
* Tim Tebow back in the NFL
* White House fence jumper arrested
* Another man dies after being mishandled by police (this time in Baltimore)
* Taylor Swift’s mom gives moving speech at ACM Awards
* #LillyForTarget sells out in 5 minutes

IN MY LIFE:
Loving: Making homemade hand soap – so inexpensive, all natural and just got some pretty containers from Target to put them in similar to these beauties on Amazon.

Learning: We need to have an honest conversation about what’s going on in society today – NEVER before have I heard of this many issues with police arrests or plane incidents! Have we lost human decency? Work ethic? Come on people – I’m not looking to jump into politics, but we MUST hold ourselves to a higher standard and treat others better!

Doing: Lots of phone meetings today, along with recording Family Money Minute. I actually got caught up on a lot of ‘housekeeping’ tasks and some organization around the house this weekend, so I feel prepared to not only jump into this new fiscal year on the right foot, but to keep my home in order too.
