IN MY LIFE:
We’ve had 30 degree temperature swings over the past three days and have literally gone from having the AC on, to having nothing on with windows open, to having the heat on. Don’t get me wrong, I love the cold, but I can see why my fellow Nashvillians wish the weather would just make up its mind.
Everyone was busy around the house yesterday while I worked (painting bathrooms, making forts outside, planning a garden), so it was fun to come down at dinnertime and discover all the projects that had popped up! (Although I could have done without the fumes ?). I have to start packing later today for my next adventure, but I’ll tell you more about that tomorrow…
PRAYER FOCUS: Readiness
According to Oswald Chambers, “Readiness means having a right relationship to God and having the knowledge of where we are…readiness for God means that we are prepared to do the smallest thing or the largest thing – it makes no difference.” Today my prayer for you is that you are always at the ready for whatever God has for you and is calling you to!
