Tanger Outlets Nashville Opening Date: October 27, 2023
At the groundbreaking on the Century Farms property in Antioch, we learned the new Tanger Outlets Nashville will open on October 27. They are inviting everyone to celebrate a reimagined shopping experience in Nashville during the Grand Opening weekend October 27-29.
That means it will be open before Thanksgiving 2023, just in time for Black Friday!
Tanger Outlet Nashville Stores
They announced almost a dozen retailers that will join the lineup of stores at the new Tanger Outlet opening in Nashville in 2023, including:

- Levi’s
- Polo Ralph Lauren
- American Eagle Outfitters
- Aerie
- Under Armour
- Puma
- Nike
- Coach
- Ugg
- Ulta
- Shake Shack
- Pottery Barn Outlet
- Prince’s Hot Chicken
- Ariat
- Summersalt
In fact, there will be 70 shops, 4 restaurants, and even an outdoor entertainment space at the new outlet mall coming to Nashville.
Jobs at Nashville’s Tanger Outlet
Expect two rounds of jobs at Nashville’s Tanger Outlet:
First, this new outlet mall will create 700 construction jobs over the next 18 months.
Then, as stores open, 1100 permanent jobs will come about in the retail and dining locations.
Century Farms Nashville
Comparable Tanger facilities draw 6-8 million visitors annually. This means even more economic growth for Nashville in the coming years.
The 300-acre Century Farms campus, inspired by the Turner Homeplace farm back in 1857, hosts the new Nashville SC MLS training center, a free-standing ER, office spaces, restaurants, and more.
Local Dignitaries Break Ground at Tanger Nashville
The groundbreaking ceremony for Tanger Outlets Nashville included area dignitaries and community leaders who gathered to officially kick off construction of the project.
The event was hosted by Julia Cole, a rising country music star, who also performed the national anthem.
Councilwoman Joy Styles, whose exuberance was contagious during the event, said, “Keep watching us, we’re back on the rise”
Steven Yalof, President & CEO of Tanger Outlets proclaimed, “Tanger Outlets Nashville will be our most exciting project and most beautiful shopping center yet!”

Tanger Outlet’s Board Executive Chair, Steven B. Tanger also spoke at the event. He is responsible for building the first, ground-up, factory store shopping center in Burlington, NC. He also shared the company’s motto of “Making it happen, doing it now, & having fun.
