December 11, 2014: Something You Wear
We are continuing our week of a different way to give gifts by sharing the third item: something you wear.
Let’s face it, clothes are always a big hit around Christmas time, whether it’s a new pair of pajamas, a special party dress or that perfect sweater.
You know you’re going to buy it anyway, so let’s just label it. Especially if you have a budding fashionista like my daughter, it helps to let her know she gets to have one special outfit for the season. And let your family have input on what that may be. That way dad isn’t getting a bag of socks and mom isn’t getting another pair of slippers she doesn’t need.
Keep in mind, you could have some flexibility and branch out into accessories, bags, and shoes if that’s what would be special to your loved ones.
