December 17, 2015: Shopping AND Giving
If you’re going to be shopping anyway, why not shop somewhere where you can give back?
There are so many brands wonderful brands, like Better Life Bags & FashionABLE, that have an ethical component to their products and a donation automatically built in to every purchase.
Nonprofits like St. Jude children’s research Hospital also partner with a number of retailers to help give back to kids not only during the holidays, but every day of the year.
Ministries like FamilyLife offer beautiful holiday products that also benefit their overall mission when purchased.
And don’t forget to check in with your credit and bank cards to see if they have portals you can shop through and actually choose a nonprofit beneficiary of your shopping.
