December 17, 2014: Shop and Save
I have a couple fool-proof ways to make sure you’re always saving money when you shop online…
For starters, I never shop online without first searching for an online coupon or discount code. Googling the store with one of those terms is one way to do it, or you can use a site like Savings.com that not only provivdes codes for you, but also let’s you know how reliable they are.
With retailers fighting for your consumer dollars this holiday season, there’s no reason why you should have to pay full price for anything, much less shipping or handling fees.
If you feel like going old school, call the customer service line and just flat out ask what their best savings offer is right now; they won’t always tell you on their own but they’re typically happy to share once they’re asked.
