You’ve seen the commercials, so let me start by saying I’m not about to divulge where the Rakuten cashback machine is located. (Trust me, I don’t think they exist IRL!). But what I can tell you is that I’ve made over $1300 cash back with Ebates, which is now known as Rakuten.
How to Earn Rakuten Cashback
So what does this mean? I’ve actually installed a Chrome plugin on my desktop so when I do my online shopping, it alerts me if I can get cash back at that store. Typically, you can earn anywhere between 2-10% cash back, depending on the store and depending on the day. Sometimes they do double cash back days and other promotions too.
But for the next few hours, you can get 20% (yes 20%!) cash back on stores like Macy’s, JC Penney & even ULTA (it’s like getting makeup on sale that never goes on sale!).
If you download the App, there are even stores that offer in-store rebates if you connect your credit card!
The best part is that once you sign up and start using Rakuten, you’ll get a $10 gift card! Plus, you can earn more when you spread the word with friends (like I’m doing here ? )
