IN MY LIFE:

I know it’s been a while, but I’m still here and I’m OK. It’s just been a busy past few days with the holiday weekend and taping my show today (I can’t wait for you to watch this month’ episode on Friday!)

After I dropped my son off at tennis, I realized I was driving past one of the most iconic attractions in Nashville. It dawned on me how lucky I was to literally have this in my backyard, so I decided to stop and share it with you. Nashville is known as the Athens of the south, so we literally have a true to life replica of the Parthenon in Centennial Park.

There have been a lot of great moments over the past few days, but definitely some harder emotions as well, so I always appreciate the time to step back and process, but I also appreciate each of you being here to listen as well.

PRAYER FOCUS: Self- Control

I pray we focus on what we can control instead of what we hope to change in others. Allow God to do what you cannot.
