Have you been looking for pantry solutions for healthy eating plans? Well look no further!
Starting today, Jenni (from HealthyOates.com – be sure to visit her site to learn all the facts about the sugar content in cereal!) & I will be bringing you weekly videos that will walk you through pantry organization that will help you learn what’s hurting your health and replace those with healthy foods to eat!
Remember, the bigger picture is to achieve better health for you and your family. So just think of this as cleaning out your pantry for a healthier you! We would much rather have you start making good choices and adding healthy foods before you toss everything that’s bad in your pantry closets. (After all, we don’t want your family to revolt and bail ship before you even set sail!)
So over the next eight weeks, we’ll help you along the road to healthier eating by examining the following pantry items:
-Cereal
-Breads/Grains
-Pasta/Rice
-Condiments
-Canned Goods
-Baking Products
-Snacks
-Drinks
This weeks focus is: CEREAL. Watch our video to learn exactly what you’re putting in your body every morning.
Healthy Eating Plans: Cereal
This journey isn’t just about pantry organization, but it’s about healthier eating. I hope you’ll stick with us over the next two months as we help you bring health to your home!
What cereal do you currently have in your pantry that you know you need to toss?

[…] I just made a trip to Kroger today and found a couple deals I wanted to make sure you guys knew about! (They will be valid through the 19th). I love that I’m finding such great Kroger deals on products that are helping us get healthy! […]
Wow Sami, you’re not gonna have anything left in the pantry at this rate! I actually got those same chocolate mini wheats recently because I had a coupon & got a really good deal! I will have to keep my eye out for “sorbitol”(?) because I didn’t know about that one. Thanks for the post!
I know! The thing I love about the plan Jenni is helping us with is that it’s for life – not just the short term. So we’re focusing on adding good things more than we’re focusing on removing ALL the bad! (I don’t want my entire family to revolt on me!)
Thanks for the kind words 🙂
