IN MY LIFE:
Last night, Kariss & I hit one of our new favorite Nashville nail salons and restaurants. Yes, you heard me right. Chao Nail Salon & Bar is connected to Bahn Mi and Roll+ and we couldn’t be happier.
On the way to our appointment, Kariss pulled up a modern French manicure she wanted to try. It featured an almond shaped nail, natural base and bold colored tips.
I loved the idea, but wanted to find a way to make it work for my style, so I opted for a shorter, squarer nail with rounded edges. I also opted for a more white/pink base and ombre tips in shades of pink and purple.
You’ll have to check out my IG stories for the full experience and our end result. But needless to say, we both love the look and have received SO many compliments already.
While they pamper you at Chao nail bar (and I enjoyed my favorite green tea with honey while getting a pedicure there), you need to make sure to stop in next door for Boba and a snack. I tried their new Lemongrass Boba Tea and it was so refreshing! I also love their Fresh Rolls and Lotus Salad with Prawn Chips.
I saved all the colors they used on me if you need the details to replicate it for yourself. I couldn’t think of a better way to treat myself for Mother’s Day than by spending the night at the best Nashville nail salon.

John 8:32 says the truth will set you free. When you live in truth and honesty, you don’t have to worry or look behind your back because you are always presenting your true, authentic self wherever you go and no matter who you’re with.
