I hope you all caught my segment on Talk of the Town last week on Cost Effective Family Meal Planning. If not, click HERE to check it out!
This week, I’ve decided to feature some “One Dish Dinners” as highlighted on Food Network. Time saved is money saved…not to mention less time in the kitchen afterwards cleaning up! I’ve also been encouraged by Woman’s Day; every month they feature a day-by-day menu complete with shopping list. They also subscribe to what I’ve been trying to accomplish with my family: one meatless day, a day of leftovers, and turning one meal early in the week into something else later in the week. Click HERE to see their menu plan/shopping list archives.
