It’s Monday’s Meal Plan for October 17.
My mom just came in this week to help out while I’ll be at the Relevant Conference, so I’m keeping it simple this week and making some things that I can cook ahead and have ready for my family to eat while I’m away. (I still can’t believe I’ll be away for three whole nights! Aaaagh!)
