Monday’s Meal Plan is back for November 7!
Have you missed me? October was a rough month for me (more on that in My Story later today), but hopefully you made it through without starving, or better yet, relied on your e-Mealz meal plans!
If your weather is anything like ours here in Nashville, you’re enjoying some prime fall weather – clear & crisp morning and evenings, with delightfully sunny days. That cool air makes me crave sitting a home with a warm cup of soup, so this week I’m featuring some of my favorite soups for lunch. What’s great with soup is that you can make a lot to freeze for later, or even share with someone that might not be feeling well!
Would love for you to share some of your favorite soups (and even the recipes) below so that we can keep the soup love going in to next week too!

I love soup!!! But it has to be a very meaty soup to get away serving it as a meal to my husband;). I have a knock of recipe for The Olive Garden’s Zuppa Toscana that I absolutely love!!! https://www.nerdfamilyfood.com/2009/02/zuppa-toscana-knock-off.html
