Can you believe it? Monday’s Meal Plan is back!
It’s Monday,June 5, and I’m back with Monday’s Meal Plan!
I’ve been struggling with my thyroid again lately, so I’ve been debating whether or not to go back to gluten-free. I know that e-Mealz just came out with a gluten-free menu plan, but I’m still hesitant to start considering we have some traveling coming up next week. Are any of you gluten free? If so, what are some of your favorite recommendations as well as traps to avoid?
In the meantime, here is this week’s Monday’s Meal Plan, complete with breakfast, lunch AND dinner selections. While I cannot give you the recipes for the e-Mealz dishes , they have extended a very generous discount code for my readers to take advantage of through August. You’ll find the e-Mealz options in bold so you know what you’d be getting if you head over there!
