I know I’ve left you guys hanging for awhile, but Monday’s Meal Plan for August 8 is back!
I know I fell off the face of the planet for most of July when it comes to my meal plans, but between my health issues, traveling and family birthdays, I just didn’t have the time to put the plans together for you on the site (see, who says bloggers have it all together?!)
I am proud to say I did pretty well when it came to eating gluten free while I traveled: my Bobble Water Bottle and Pad Thai Noodle Cups saved me in the airports! But when it came to cooking gluten free for my family as well, that’s another issue.
But as we transition back into school, I’m really determined to find meals that both me and my family can share together.
I’m also taking any help I can get from the lovely ladies over at e-Mealz. If you remember, I’ve switched over to the e-Mealz gluten-free meal plan, so most of the dinner options below are taken from them. While I cannot give you the recipes for the e-Mealz dishes , they have extended a very generous discount code for my readers to take advantage of through the end of this month.

Looks great. I have issues remembering to meal plan.
Thanks Jamie Anne – Hopefully this will help you remember to meal plan…at least when I remember to post it 😉
