Mom Enough Book Review {Daily Dash: September 29, 2023}
IN MY LIFE:
I love helping others tell the story behind the story, especially when they haven’t had a venue to do so before. My friend Rachel Marie Martin also has a unique way of getting to the heart of what moms in particular are thinking and feeling.
That’s why I’m excited to tell you about Rachel’s newest book, Mom Enough: Inspiring Letters for the Wonderfully exhausting but Totally Normal Days of Motherhood. Rachel is the founder of Finding Joy, which has over 1 million followers on Facebook. For years, she has been offering encouragement for moms by sharing her own personal journey through heartache, self-doubt, and the challenges of motherhood.
This book is a collection of over 50 of the letters she’s written. Get “Mom Enough” on Amazon (affiliate).

St. Jude Nashville Walk/Run
Tomorrow is the St. Jude Nashville Walk/Run. As a Tri Delta alumni, I’ve been working with and promoting St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital since my college days at Emory. September is Childhood Cancer Awareness Month and St. Jude won’t stop their research efforts until no child dies from cancer.
If you are able to support us at any amount, please donate through this Fundraising Link: https://walkrun.stjude.org/NashCone

PRAYER FOCUS: Give What You Have
I know I normally pick one word for my prayer focus, but today I had to say it: give what you have. We don’t all have a lot of money. God knows we don’t have a lot of time. But we all have something.
Practice giving what you have and more will be given and trusted to you. We ALL have something we can share. Whether it’s walking to bring awareness to a cause, writing a card, calling a friend, or serving in your local community, find a way to give today.
