Looking Even if you missed the April Fools Michaels Coupons, I found a new Michaels coupon for 40% off good from April 2-5, 2012.
I did discover something interesting yesterday; remember how they were offering 20% off your entire purchase for part of the day & 50% off one item the other part? I went in to look for t-shirts to embroider before we go to Disney later this month. They are normally $3.99, but were on sale for $3 each. So look at these 2 scenarios with 2 different coupons:
1. Full price t-shirt $3.99 – 40% off coupon = $2.40
2. Sale t-shirt $3.00 – 20% off = $2.40
So it once again proves my point that you really have to look closely at the sales to discover whether it’s a true sale or not!
