Here’s Meal Plan Monday for the week of July 2, 2012.

Because it’s been so hot and fresh produce is plentiful, I’ve been doing more salads and ‘raw’ meals lately. But when I do cook, I’m trying to cook multiple things at a time so I don’t have to turn the oven on every day!
