Here’s my Meal Plan Monday for the week of August 6, 2012.
In the past week, we’ve celebrated two family birthdays and our wedding anniversary, so I am more than ready to get back on track when it comes to our eating.
I’ve also been told I need to go gluten-free (more on that later), but until I can really get more information on how that will affect me and how I cook for my entire family, I’m not going to alter my meal plan accordingly. Of course, we have been avoiding bread and pasta for some time, but nothing hard and fast. However, if any of you have gone gluten free with your kids, I’d love to hear your feedback and suggestions!
Don’t forget about the other free meal planning service besides this blog, “Food on the Table”. You can still get it for free, but only with this unique code: SUMMERFREE. This is a great way to get new ideas for your own meal plan…PLUS you can choose to tailor it around your favorite stores to shop at!
Again, I’m keeping breakfast & lunch the same this week just to make things easy. Feel free to fill-in with what works better for your family.
Remember, we base a lot of our dinners below on the Whole Foods meal plan from eMeals, (if you want the actual recipes, you’ll have to subscribe to eMeals yourself 😉
