I have to admit: I’m not feeling very original this week when it comes to my meal plan.
The fact that my husband seems to be craving more of the Southern foods he loves while I’m trying to take our meals to a healthier level has proved difficult for me this week.
So here it is – take it for what it’s worth. I’m hoping to get more creative next week, but hopefully I can draw some inspiration from you guys!

I could not get over how much I liked it, Lynn! My tip, go heavy on the garlic in the cracker crust – there’s something magical when garlic and butter combine 😉
Cannot wait to try the cheesy chicken – sounds yummy!
