Here is all the info I could find about Veterans Day deals for 2011:
Brides Across America: Military brides to be can qualify for a free dress from the Brides Across America program.
Cantina Laredo: Veterans and active military get a free entree (up to $15!) on November 11
Gaylord Palms: November 4-13 military qualify for AMAZING $85 room rates at Gaylord Palms plus free atrium upgrade and free dessert!
Golden Corral: Free meal from 5-9 pm on Monday, November 14, 2011. Golden Corral’s Military Appreciation Monday dinner. The free meal is a special “thank you tribute” to any person who has ever served in the United States Military. Valid for any military that are a veteran, retired, currently serving, or in the National Guard or Reserves.
Mimi’s Cafe: Debbie let us know that Mimi’s is offering a free entree, but you must print a coupon (I’ll work on finding that for you!)
Nashville Zoo: Region’s Bank Military Appreciation Day at the Nashville Zoo is Sunday, November 13 from 9a-4p. All active duty military and veterans (along with their families) will get in FREE that day!
Olive Garden: Free entree for veterans and active duty military
Outback: Free Bloomin Onion & beverage from November 7-11.
Texas Roadhouse: Free lunch from 11a-2p this Friday (11/11/11) for veterans and active duty military.
Tony Romas: get a free offer on a future visit when you dine with them on Veteran’s day.
While I couldn’t confirm the deals below, these organizations & restaurants offered deals in 2010, so here’s hoping they’ll do the same this year!
Applebees: Choose a free meal from a select menu
Ashley Furniture: Earn up to 15% off your furniture purchase on 11/11 (earn 1% off for every dollar you donate to the USO up to 15% off).
Chili’s: Every veteran and active duty military gets to choose a free meal from their special menu
McCormick & Schmick: Choose a FREE lunch or dinner entrée
Strength for Service: Download the Kindle version (on Amazon) of Strength for Service, the ecumenical daily devotional geared toward soldiers and anyone in the service of others, free of charge.
I’ve also heard Lowe’s, Home Depot, Dollar General and others are offering discounts for military personnel.
You will be required to present proof of service/Military ID for most of the above offers
