Here is all the info about free Veterans Day deals that I could find. I love how restaurants and businesses salute our military on Veterans Day by offering free meals and services.
Some of these free Veterans Day deals are from last year, so I’ll continue to work on verifying whether or not they’re still valid for this Veteran’s Day. I’m also still on the search for new Veteran’s Day freebies, so stay tuned.
Free Veterans Day Deals
The free Veterans Day deals below are listed in alphabetical order. Remember to check with your location to verify they are participating in this deal.
American Signature Furniture: Take an extra 10% off on Veterans Day.
Applebee’s: All active military and veterans will receive a deal based on their local Applebee’s location and $5 towards their next meal.
Baskin Robbins: Any scoop purchase, they will donate $0.10 to the USO
Brides Across America: Military brides-to-be can qualify for a free dress from the Brides Across America program.
California Pizza Kitchen: Veterans and all active military get a free entree and beverage from their special menu
Cantina Laredo: Veterans and active military get a free entree (up to $15!)
Chili’s: Free meal from a select menu and in-stores for all Veterans
Chipotle: BOGO Free burrito, bowl, salad, or tacos
Country Music Hall of Fame: free admission for veterans and immediate family, as well as special programming on Wednesday, November 11. Call 615-416-2001 or go to their box office to get your free timed admission tickets.
Dunkin’: Free donut for all veterans and active-duty military.
Frist Center: Free admission for veterans, active-duty, retired, Reserve and National Guard service members, and their families on Veteran’s Day (unconfirmed)
Gaylord Palms: Military qualify for AMAZING $85 room rates at Gaylord Palms plus free atrium upgrade and free dessert! (unconfirmed)
Golden Corral: Free meal from 5-9 pm. The free meal is a special “thank you tribute” to any person who has ever served in the United States Military. Valid for any military that is a veteran, retired, currently serving, or in the National Guard or Reserves. Families are welcome to attend but do not get a free meal.
Great Clips: Get a haircut and receive a haircut card to give a free haircut to a Veteran or active military. Learn more about this Great Clips coupon.
IHOP: Free free red, white and blue pancakes at participating locations.
Krystal: Free chicken or sausage biscuit and pup or corn-pup for only $0.50 for all veterans and active military members, November 11th only (unconfirmed)
Mapco: Free 20 oz. coffee with Military ID on Veteran’s Day (unconfirmed)
Mimi’s Cafe: Free entree from a limited menu with the purchase of a beverage and military ID on November 11th only
Mission BBQ: Veterans get a free sandwich
O’Charleys: All Veterans and active duty military will receive a free meal
Olive Garden: Free entree for veterans and active-duty military can get a free entree from a special menu at participating locations.
Outback: Free Bloomin Onion & beverage
Pottery Barn K1ids: 15% off on their Veteran’s Day sale (unconfirmed)
Publix: Veterans, military personnel, and their families can save 10% on groceries on November 11th with a valid military ID.
Red Robin: Free tavern double burger and bottomless fries on Veteran’s Day
Shutterfly: Send a free thank you card for our troops!
Starbucks: Free tall coffee for all Veterans, active military, and spouses, and they are donating $0.25 for every cup of brewed coffee sold
Texas Roadhouse: Free meal voucher from 11a-2p on Veterans Day for veterans and active duty military, they will hand out dinner vouchers at their stores’ parking lots from 11a-2p, drive through with your military ID and receive your voucher
Tony Romas: Recieve a complimentary half rack of Baby Back ribs on November 11th (unconfirmed)
Previous Veterans Day Deals
While I couldn’t confirm the deals below, these organizations & restaurants offered deals last year, so here’s hoping they’ll do the same this year!
Ashley Furniture: Earn up to 15% off your furniture purchase (earn 1% off for every dollar you donate to the USO up to 15% off).
McCormick & Schmick: Choose a FREE lunch or dinner entrée
Strength for Service: Download the Kindle version (on Amazon) of Strength for Service, the ecumenical daily devotional geared toward soldiers and anyone in the service of others, free of charge.
I’ve also heard Lowe’s, Home Depot, Dollar General and others are offering discounts for military personnel.
You will be required to present proof of service/Military ID for most of the above offers. Please call to confirm participation with each of these organizations before you go as different regions vary in their promotions.
