I do have to say, I have never been one to buy or eat prepared meals (and I didn’t even eat meat until I met my husband!), but my friends back in FL kept prodding me to try the refrigerated meals and I believe the Pot Roast is the best I’ve ever had. I even make it whenever I bring meals to people (after a baby or hospital visit, for example) and they ALWAYS ask me for my recipe…and I tell them it’s simple… buy Hormel!
