Here is my free weekly meal planner for the week of October 6, 2014.
I didn’t mean to leave you hanging – honestly I didn’t!
After all, I told you in September that I’d meal-planned for the entire month – and I did! But with my husband being on the road, I’ve not only been a lot busier with daily family activities, but I’ve found that I don’t need to make such elaborate dinners when it’s just me and the kids.
But just because I’m not, doesn’t mean I should rob you of the planning I’ve done!
I also realized today that I can still cook my crock-pot meals and freeze what we don’t eat so I don’t have to cook as often.
So I’m back on the slow-cooker plan this week and with the weather getting cooler here, there can only be more good things to come.
Remember, for Meal Planning at your fingertips, eMeals has an iPhone App so you can Meal Plan at your convenience, whether it’s waiting in car line or stuck in a traffic jam (not that I condone texting and driving, but we’ve all been stuck as a passenger in a car for longer than we’d planned on!)
So whether you want to try the Slow Cooker Meal Plans like we’re using, their Gluten Free Meal Plan or even their Natural & Organic Meal Plan, eMeals has a plan for you, for as little as $5 a month! They offer over 15 different plans, some even designed specifically around sales at your favorite grocery store.
If you also want some help on breakfast & lunch, check out my meal plan archives or eMeals for help in that category).
As always, I hope you take what’s helpful for you and just leave what’s not. Here you go:
