Here is my free weekly meal planner for the week of October 27, 2014.
Yes, I know it’s Wednesday, and I could feed you a bunch of excuses, but let’s just be happy I’m getting this out this week 🙂
Not only did Monday night end up being my son’s Upward Football awards ceremony that ending up serving us dinner via a cookout, but my husband got home from being on the road JUST in time for the start of it!
Then last night we had a storm in Nashville that knocked out our internet for awhile RIGHT as I was trying to write this post.
All that to say I’m sorry, but hopefully you’ll still be able to make sure of this week’s meal plan.
Remember, for Meal Planning at your fingertips, eMeals has an iPhone App so you can Meal Plan at your convenience, whether it’s waiting in car line or stuck in a traffic jam (not that I condone texting and driving, but we’ve all been stuck as a passenger in a car for longer than we’d planned on!)
So whether you want to try the Slow Cooker Meal Plans like we’re using, their Gluten Free Meal Plan or even their Natural & Organic Meal Plan, eMeals has a plan for you, for as little as $5 a month! They offer over 15 different plans, some even designed specifically around sales at your favorite grocery store.
