Here is my free weekly meal planner for the week of December 29, 2014.
Are you full yet?
I know many of us are still stuffed from Christmas dinner, but we all have to eat everyday, so I thought I’d help you in that effort.
Believe it or not, I actually sat down this weekend and planned out meals for the first two weeks of January so that they’re good to go. Obviously I can’t shop for them all at once, but this way I can be on the lookout for sales on certain items I need.
Not only are we continuing to try new meals from our eMeals Clean Eating Plan, but my daughter also wanted to try some new recipes out of her book “Body & Soul” by Bethany Hamilton.
It’s written directly to tween and teenage girls, so it’s inspired her to eat healthier too!
Remember, for Meal Planning at your fingertips, eMeals has an iPhone App so you can Meal Plan at your convenience, whether it’s waiting in car line or stuck in a traffic jam (not that I condone texting and driving, but we’ve all been stuck as a passenger in a car for longer than we’d planned on!)
So whether you want to try the Slow Cooker Meal Plans like we’re using, their Gluten Free Meal Plan or even their Natural & Organic Meal Plan, eMeals has a plan for you, for as little as $5 a month! They offer over 15 different plans, some even designed specifically around sales at your favorite grocery store.
If you also want some help on breakfast & lunch, check out my meal plan archives or eMeals for help in that category).
As always, I hope you take what’s helpful for you and just leave what’s not. Here you go:
