Nordstrom: Sample Saturdays (follow Nordstrom on social media to find out what high-end sample is this week)
Gold’s Gym: 7 day free workout, including meeting a trainer and putting together a workout
Gaiamtv.com: 7 day free trial
Free Apps
–Lose It (online calorie counter)
–Run Keeper (records run times, distances, etc)
–Good Food Near You (healthiest meals in your neighborhood)
