October 5, 2015: Easy Crockpot Chicken Recipe
I have a favorite crock-pot recipe coming up…
One of my go-to crockpot recipes is garlic crockpot chicken. It takes just a couple of ingredients and a handful of spices and you end up with a perfect dinner every time.
Simply wash and pat dry a whole chicken and lay it in the crockpot on top of a bed of sliced onions. Sprinkle the chicken liberally with salt, pepper and paprika, as well as one extra seasoning of your choice, like thyme or rosemary. Then smash as many cloves of garlic as you have, add them to the crockpot & cook on low for 8 hours.
Not only will your family enjoy dinner that night, but it makes great leftovers for sandwiches or quesadillas later in the week.
