You may have noticed I haven’t been posting my meal plans regularly lately like I usually do….well that’s because I’ve been getting a little (ok, a lot!) of help from E-MEALZ!
E-MEALZ is an online menu planning service that offers a menu plan for busy moms or wives. They have over 20 menu plans for a family ranging from 2-6 based on options that include low carb, low fat, point system, and vegetarian as well as different grocery stores and mass retailers. This way, not only are they saving you time shopping and cooking, but they’re also helping families save money based on weekly sales at your favorite grocery store!
Their overall goal is to provide delicious family friendly recipes made with ingredients bought on special and/or at the best price available that results in an easy and stress free home-cooked dinner. Of course I love this because the reason I started SamiCone.com was to help people maximize their time and money so they can make more memories with their friends and family!
Once you subscribe, you’ll receive your weekly meal plan (we’ve been trying the Low-Fat Publix Meal Plan…and low fat does NOT mean less flavor here people!) as well as your printable shopping list based around the sales that week. It’s hard to believe, but for all that, the cost is only $5 a month! That’s only $1.25 a week (can’t you just hear Dave Ramsey’s voice in the back of your head telling you this is a no-brainer????)
As a special incentive for my SamiCone.com readers, E-MEALZ has graciously offered an additional 15% off for anyone who signs up for E-MEALZ before May 8, 2011 with the online code BLISS. Really….it would be silly for you not to give it a try.
Ok, I know…you guys expect to get stuff on this site for free. Well, one of you will! Yes, one lucky reader will win an entire month of the E-MEALZ menu planning service for free!
