Dollywood One Day Ticket: Everyone Pays Kids’ Price
Occasionally, you’ll find a Dollywood one day ticket deal where EVERYONE pays the kids’ price. You have to purchase these Dollywood tickets online. (I’ll let you know if I see this come up again).
Dollywood Ticket Upgrade
Keep in mind: this ticket IS upgradeable to a Season Pass. Unfortunately, Dollywood no longer offers the After 3, Next Day FREE, which is why I would recommend buying the multi-day ticket option.
Dollywood Festivals
If you do upgrade to a Dollywood Season Pass, there is plenty of fun left to take advantage of this season. One of our favorites is their Smoky Mountain Christmas.
After receiving much feedback from guests, Dollywood officials have extended the park’s award-winning Smoky Mountain Christmas festival two days, with Tuesday, Jan. 2 and Wednesday, Jan. 3, 2018, now serving as operating days. Park hours are 11 a.m. – 9 p.m. on both of the additional days.
The move comes after a strong fall which included the debut of Great Pumpkin LumiNights and the kickoff of Smoky Mountain Christmas presented by Humana. The 2017 operating season, dubbed “The Year of the Family” by Dolly Parton, provided families with a number of exciting festivals, performing groups and two new attractions—Drop Line, a 230-ft. tall freefall experience, and Whistle Punk Chaser, a junior coaster designed for Dollywood’s younger visitors. The additional operating days provide families more time to enjoy Smoky Mountain memory making.
Named the ten-time winner for Best Theme Park Christmas Event, Smoky Mountain Christmas features heart-warming Christmas shows like Christmas in the Smokies and It’s a Wonderful Life, the joyous Parade of Many Colors, decadent holiday food and snacks, and Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer and all of his friends. With four million dazzling lights and a festive environment, Smoky Mountain Christmas provides an awe-inspiring holiday atmosphere.
It’s rare to find a Dollywood ticket sale at this point in the season because it’s truly one of the best times to go. This Dollywood ticket discount can also be shared, so start thinking about what friends and family you’d like to take with you on your next trip to Dollywood!
