Who’s ready to join me for some daily dance moves?
Yes, you heard me right: my prompt for this year’s 31 Days series inspired by the Nester is a daily dance move for each day in October.
Last year I attempted to give you 31 Days of Disney Deals…and while I started strong, the daily designing and posting of tips overwhelmed me a bit.
So I’m hoping this year fares better and I’m confident it will because of one big difference: VIDEO! That’s right, I’ll be filming 31 daily videos giving you a different dance move everyday.
There’s a few places where this inspiration came from…
A couple years ago, my fellow saving-lover, Values Val, actually suggested I do a daily dance video after showing off my moves at SaveUp. I thought she was crazy. Sweet and lovable, but crazy. (Mostly because I figured she’d be the only one that would watch!)
Then, I broke out into a spontaneous dance break during my Daily Dash this week, and it got quite the response. So as I contemplated what to post on for this year’s 31 Days link-up, it became so clear: Daily Dance Moves!
Come back each and everyday in October for a new daily dance move.
31 Days of Daily Dance Moves
- The Sprinkler (always a crowd pleaser!)
- Wave your hands in the Air (& wave ’em like you just don’t care!)
- Disco (at my daughter’s request)
- Churn Butter (trust me on this one)
- In & Out (& I’m not talking a CA burger joint!)
- Hips Around Town
- Shopping Cart (yes, it’s a real dance move)
- Rita Turn (cause I’m dangerous on the dance floor!)
- Krumpin (Lucy style from Despicable Me 2)
- Jazz Square (with my best Fosse style)
- Do Si Do (with special guests!)
- The Running Man (in heels, no less!)
