May 1, 2015: Create Frozen Foods
Looking for a healthy dinner in a pinch? I’ll tell you how coming up…
People flock to frozen dinners for their convenience, but often complain over the price, lack of flavor and incomplete health benefits. So why not create your own frozen foods instead?
Simply set aside one night during the week to make larger or multiple batches of your family’s favorite dinners, and then freeze the excess yourself for later on that month. That way you know exactly what you’re eating and save time in the process. Don’t forget to properly label and date everything to ensure it’s eaten on time!
