IN MY LIFE:
It felt good to be back on the dash again today after the Nashville Snowpocalypse! It’s hard to believe that just a few days ago we were covered in snow in ice stuck at home and today it’s sunny and almost 70 degrees! That’s Nashville for you…
I did some filming downtown today and it was my first time standing on 2nd avenue since the Nashville Christmas bombing. To say it was surreal would be an understatement. To witness the devastation firsthand and all the shops, restaurants and businesses that are still recovering was so sad. But Nashville knows how to rebuild and I’m confident we will come back stronger.
On a brighter note, I needed to share my outfit details with you because I’m so in love. I wasn’t going to share anything until closer to my March show, but the prints and colors were so inspiring, I couldn’t help myself:
Normally I let you help me pick out my outfit for my show each month, but I knew exactly what I wanted from Lilly Pulitzer the moment I walked into their Green Hill store: the Mira shirtdress in Pineapple Paradise
I complemented the dress with some beautiful turquoise jewelry and a Y shaped necklace from Kendra Scott in Green Hills:
