IN MY LIFE:
Hi again friends. I haven’t been feeling like myself lately. I’ve also experienced a return of my Chronic Fatigue Syndrome in the past week, which has kept me off the computer and social media.
For those of you who don’t know, I was diagnosed with CFS in the early ’90’s, but took years to get an accurate diagnosis and even longer to learn how to overcome and manage the disease.
If you don’t know anything about Chronic Fatigue, I highly recommend you watch the 2-part episodes of the Golden Girls in 1989 titled “Sick and Tired” where Dorothy goes through a similar journey in discovering what’s at the root of her mystery illness. (And yes, I did just suggest you watch Golden Girls for medical insights. You’re welcome)
