Regal Cinemas is reopening this month! I’m happy to announce Regal Movie theater offers $5 tickets for their theaters reopening starting August 21, 2020.
Regal Reopening $5 Movie Tickets
To celebrate their theaters reopening, Regal Cinemas is selling $5 movie tickets. These discounted Regal tickets will be for a limited time only (August 21 – September 3). Adults pay $5 per movie ticket while kids are just $3.
$5 Flashback Features
It looks like there will be two weeks of $5 flashback features each week, with different movies each week. Here is the weekly movie schedule from Regal:
Flashback Movies Week 1 (starting August 21)
- Inception (10th Anniversary Event)
- Empire Strikes Back
- Star Wars: The Force Awakens
- Black Panther
- Deadpool
- Bloodshot
- Sonic the Hedgehog
- Unforgiven
Flashback Movies Week 2 (starting August 28)
- Interstellar
- The Dark Knight
- The Dark Knight Rises
- The Good the Bad & the Ugly
- The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring
- The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers
- The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King
- Jumangi: The Next Level
It’s hard to tell if they will extend the $5 movie promotion past the initial two weeks, but we’ll have to wait and see. It seems they listed more movies in the graphic than I saw on their schedule, but there is no guarantee at this point.
Regal Movie Promotions
As with any Regal promotion, I suggest verifying participation with your local Regal Cinema. I didn’t think I’d see the day when a family of 4 could go to the movies for $20 again, but here we are.
Since Regal didn’t get to offer their $1 Summer Movies this year, this is welcome news.
Regardless of whether or not your kids are going back to school in-person or virtual this year, I hope you’ll celebrate the start of a new season with this great deal.
Regal Crown Club & Birthday Rewards
More good news from Regal! Any Regal Crown Club or Birthday Rewards that may have expired while Regal movie theaters were closed are being reinstated. It also looks like you will have an additional 30 days past when your home theater reopens to redeem your rewards.
